Christine’s Casual Dining

I grew up in the Philippines with very humble beginnings. I started working at an early age of 11 and after I finished High School, I moved here in the United States with great ambitions of owning my own business one day. I started working in the food service industry and soon realized I wanted my own restaurant. I worked hard for 13 years at a restaurant where I met a lot of wonderful people. While learning the ins and outs of the restaurant business, the opportunity came and I took advantage of it and that’s how Christine’s Casual Dining was born. I owe it to those same wonderful people who supported me during my learning process and came with me, and helped me fulfill my dreams.
